Instructor/ Accreditation packets and
PowerPoint Programs
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
The NCFIA does not accept
cancellations or returns for credit or refunds for Instructor packets,
Accreditation packets, and PowerPoint programs. All sales are final. Please
contact us for a replacement within 30 days if the item you receive is
defective or if we have made an error in filling your order. Please contact us
if you have any problems with any of our products, we will try to work through
the problem. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.
Website purchases
You may contact us for a refund
prior to approval and posting of your website. Once you have approved your
website and it is posted, the sale is final and there are no refunds. Please
contact us if there is a problem or you are requesting any minor changes to
your website. We will be happy to work with you on any problem you have. Our
goal is complete customer satisfaction. An administrative/technical support
fee of 10% of your Website order will be assessed upon a Website cancellation.
